To succeed in our shop, our Mechanics must possess a minimum of two years experience in auto mechanics. Organization, attention to detail, cleanliness and being able to completely finish tasks competently and efficiently are musts. You will be working independently and as a team. Job Duties Include:
Complete assigned Service Requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties. This includes areas of heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, HVAC, and other general repairs. Complete and document daily building inspections with the focus on proactive maintenance.
Will be required to work on-call evenings, holidays, and weekends on a rotational basis.
