Must be able to work in a team environment and have a strong work ethic Must be available to perform on-call emergency services when needed. Have proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with completing priorities and deadlines. Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electricity, and plumbing while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Ability to remain focused, efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be proficient with personal computers. Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in fast paced environment and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management team.
