* Allen County Journeyman Electrician License (or 5 years documented experience in Industrial PLCs/electrical systems)
* CPR, First Aid, Confined Space Entry certification
* Valid Indiana Driver's License
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
