What You'll Do:
* Assist with managing plant electrical systems.
* Regularly inspect and troubleshoot equipment as well as electrical, security and communications systems.
* Lead and foster the safety culture with team members, drive maintenance and reliability of the process control network.
* Develop and communicate changes and improvements made to equipment.
* Perform preventative maintenance on both electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Estimate labor and equipment costs, maintain appropriate maintenance inventory and repair logs.
* Maintain and work on various electrical equipment (12V to 480V).
* Interpret electric code application.

Education:
* You have a High School Diploma/GED.
What Skills You Need:
* You have an Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) or Journeymen License or licensing with a reciprocal state (Arkansas, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Washington or Wyoming).
* You have previous electrical experience with voltages ranging from 24v to 480v 3 phase.
* You are willing and able to perform the physical aspects of this job which include but are not necessarily limited to; climb/work in elevated areas; sit/stand for extended periods; work in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, wet, etc.); repetitive motion and are able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
* You have a valid US driver's license so that you are able to drive company vehicles as needed.
* You have great problem solving, conflict resolution, communication (both written and verbal) and teamwork skills.
* You have good computer skills including Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* You are knowledgeable and experienced with control systems.
* You are knowledgeable and understand electrical panels and how to troubleshoot.
* You are well practiced at reading and comprehending blueprints.
* You are willing and able to work Monday thru Thursday 10 hour day shift and overtime when needed to support business needs.

* Install conductors in race way and cable tray using manual and power equipment
* Assist in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects, such as wiring, conduit, and motors
* Perform minor repairs, such as replacing fuses, light sockets, bulbs, and switches
* Disassemble defective electrical equipment, such as motors, using appropriate power/hand tools
* Load, transport, unload, and furnish Journeyman and Foreman Electricians with materials, equipment, tools, and supplies

Qualifications
Education & Experience: Candidates with a certificate or AS degree in electrical technology, electrical construction, instrumentation or similar or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of 2 years of electrical experience required.
Location/Travel: This position will require travel in/around Hermiston, OR - up to/within a 200-mile radius. Applicants must be permanently located in/around the office location or be willing to permanently relocate. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Per diem and mileage stipends applicable per company policy.
Work Schedule: Start times, break times and work hours vary per site and stage of our projects. Our employees work more than 40 hours per week but no more than 60, as part of our commitment to safety. Due to the type of construction, weekend work maybe required on occasion.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, this role is often exposed to high/precarious places, risk of electrical shock, and all outside weather conditions. This role is expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide maintenance service for all plant production and processing equipment to meet established production requirements. Responsible for maintenance of seasonal equipment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintenance of production and processing equipment, refrigeration, boiler room, waste plant, building maintenance, and seasonal preparation. Ensures high quality and safety standards are met.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated ability to safely work on and around complex, highly automated machinery in a non-temperature regulated environment.
Strong troubleshooting, verbal and written communication skills to effectively present to other maintenance supervisors technicians, and operators.
Cross-functional demonstrated skills in Electrical, PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Motors, motion control, and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma a plus.
Proactive and able to work independently
Able to work all shifts in a 24x 7 operation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

7. Clean and turnover vacant apartments to include all actions necessary to make the apartment rent-ready for the
next tenant within 5-10 days. *
8. Schedule and conduct pre- move out inspections and reporting. Accurately cost out any repairs that may be
needed and supply an estimate for expected cost to the resident for completion. *
9. Regularly check smoke detectors to ensure proper operation, change appliance filters, check air handlers, and
perform other inspections when directed or required.
10. Requisition supplies; purchase tools and equipment (subject to supervisor approval); keep storeroom/shop
clean, safe, and organized. *
11. Prepare and complete maintenance requests and work orders within 3-5 working days. Update Property
Maintenance Log daily *
12. Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections of all units. *
13. Notify the Community Manager of safety-related issues and lease agreement violations. *
