Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
What This Job Involves
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for supporting the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems within assigned facilities. This position works alongside Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Maintenance Technicians, performing various maintenance and repair tasks independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth functioning and safety of building operations.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Include:
Maintaining lighting system bulbs and ballasts
Assisting the operations team in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment
Performing general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.)
Completing minor plumbing repairs
Executing special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned
Being on call for after-hours emergencies
Complying with all safety procedures and maintaining good housekeeping and safety in work areas
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must have ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
Use ladders up to 30 ft.
Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting required
Driving is a frequent part of the position
Maintains a clean and safe work environment
Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials
Recognizes danger and safety hazards and proposes methods to eliminate them
Required Qualifications:
Valid state driver's license
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Completion of an applicable technical training program (desirable)
Minimum of one (1) year applicable experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to comply with Jones Lang LaSalle and client-directed Policies & Procedures
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment maintenance

**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems; assist in more complex equipment repairs.

+ Learn to process and complete all Preventative Maintenance requests for the respective departments in a timely manner and according to training provided.

+ Answer calls for production support and assist in changeovers and setups.

**Knowledge and Experience**

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Electrician provides support to plant operations and will trouble-shoot, repair, program, replace, maintain, and install electrical/electronic systems for production related equipment and building utilities within the facility. Completely wires and maintains building and structures, including lighting fixtures. Computes load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment. Performs preventative maintenance. For Building Mechanic A:
It is preferred that this position have working knowledge of electrical systems including generators, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, building switchgear, building automation systems, power distribution units, motor control centers and circuitry. A certified electrician would be preferred.
Knowledge of UPS, Generators, 208V and 480V.
The position reports to the Supervisor, Facility Operations.
Responsibilities include:
Participates in all Company safety programs and practices and promotes safe work methods in all activities. Maintains a high level of safety commitment throughout day-to-day functions.
Demonstrates knowledge of the Company's safety philosophy, its principles, and rules which govern safe working practices and the ability to work and direct work safely and in full compliance with these philosophies, principles, and rules.
Performs work assignments including breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, room set-ups, service requests, jurisdictional inspections, among other things.
Coordinates and administers preventative and corrective maintenance program at FE facilities.
Works independently or with others to perform HVAC maintenance, reviews contractor corrective maintenance proposals and performs corrective maintenance when appropriate.
Works with management to modify or revise HVAC maintenance program and procedures to optimize program effectiveness. Develops and monitors performance measures.
Monitors daily operation of energy management systems at specified facilities, including after hours, holidays, and weekends when on call
Installs electrical wiring and equipment of lighting, power supply and complex control systems
Performs regular scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. This normally consists of changing out filters, replacing drive belts, and inspection of components.
Monitors HVAC system performance, recommends system changes, assists in developing specifications and evaluating options for HVAC projects.
Working knowledge of large HVAC systems, including chillers, AHU's, CRAC units and commercial humidification systems.
Installs and removes mobile and permanent partitions, frames openings and hangs doors and sash: installs woodwork trim and moldings; installs and repairs floor tiles, carpet tiles, acoustical and plastic ceiling; and repairs concrete floors and sidewalks.
Ensure change management protocols are followed.
Must be able to work shift work and overtime as assigned; must be able to work scheduled weekends shifts. Position may require overnight stays as needed.
Respond to support operational and emergency situations 24/7.
An employee hired at the Building Mechanic A level will be expected to perform all of the above responsibilities with more proficiency, and in a more independent manner. Further, the Building Mechanic A level employee will be assigned additional responsibilities related to those listed above.
Qualifications for a Building Mechanic A include:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Trade School or Apprenticeship Program preferred.
Minimum five (5) years' work experience as an electrician, trade certifications preferred.
Possess CFC, National Electric Code, and Fork Truck Certifications preferred.

We are hiring an Industrial Electrician Maintenance Supervisor for our 1st shift (6a - 2p), Monday through Friday (OT when needed).
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct leadership and supervision for hourly maintenance technicians.
* Provide leadership and constructive feedback for all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, when situations dictate.
* Provide technical knowledge of robotic welding stamping/assembly, and mechanical press manufacturing.
* Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals, ensures team concepts, and expands Maintenance Technicians knowledge while continuously maintaining production goals.
* Responsible for maintaining maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment on the shift.
* Provide key input into the development of the department's strategic business plan along with identifying and tracking key measurables to support the business plan goals
This is a salaried role reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Required experience:
* DOL Electrical Journeyman PREFERRED.
* HS Diploma/GED required.
* 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor; consideration for 3+ years as Team Lead of Maintenance Technicians in a robotic manufacturing environment.
* Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and mechanical press; compressor and/or chiller experience a plus in an automotive manufacturing.
* Demonstrate experience with electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing, any PLC knowledge a plus.
* Leadership skills to coach Maintenance Team toward career development.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient computer skills with MS Excel and Maintenance Systems (QMS).

The Certified Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a wastewater treatment facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, inspect, and repair industrial electrical systems, including power distribution, motors, controls, lighting, and instrumentation
Troubleshoot electrical issues involving PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, sensors, and automated systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, ladder logic diagrams, and technical manuals
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
Test electrical systems using appropriate tools (multimeters, megohmmeters, thermal cameras, etc.)
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety policies
