This position is responsible for cleaning and moderate maintenance in assigned areas of communities/common areas (including offices) so that each property is maintained in a clean, orderly and luxurious condition for the residents, employees, and public. Function as a Journeyman for Bergelectric Corp.; installing new electrical systems and repairing existing electrical systems while maintaining compliance with national, state and local electrical codes along with all Bergelectric Corp. policies and procedures.
