Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on AutoStore robots. Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform adjustments, repairs, or component replacements. Perform track shift initialization and execute manual track shifts using all required safety precautions. Safely remove non-functional robots from the grid. Retrieve logs from robot SD cards for troubleshooting. Add new robots to the system per documented procedures. Monitor robot performance and identify potential issues before downtime occurs. Respond to robot alarms and error messages, taking appropriate corrective actions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical support team.
