Successful candidate will review work orders and determine material needed to complete jobs; along with being able to safely load wire coils, poles, equipment, and materials onto trucks. Candidate is responsible for using hand tools to assemble materials, connectors, brackets, and other equipment in preparation for installation on pole-lines or underground systems. This position frequently works aerially from a ladder, lift bucket, and pole-climbing tools to remove/replace/repair equipment. Successful candidate must climb utility poles and other structures. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining tools/trucks. Successful candidate must maintain regular attendance and comply with all safety procedures, practices and requirements. Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in person, by radio, and by phone to various company personnel in the normal course of duties. If this position is filled as an apprentice, the applicant will complete a prescribed Journeyman Development Program.

+ Must pass or have passed the Construction and Skills Trade Test (CAST) in order to be considered

The Maintenance Electrican is responsible for all support operations pertaining to the usage and maintenance of equipment delivered at customer sites. They are the customer interface for HWX's on-site activities; they have strong communication and client service skills. They apply knowledge of electrical/electronics, PLC, pneumatic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and restores equipment to operation. They support maintenance, production and factory equipment, and tooling in the customer's facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all duties in a safe and collaborative manner and immediately report any potentially dangerous conditions or other safety concerns to the supervisor.
Start up and shuts down equipment in accordance with operation's requirements, company safety procedures and OSHA requirements for machine activation and shutdown.
Provide technical support on PLC's and network interfaces throughout the manufacturing floor.
Perform work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theory and principles, written specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.
Troubleshoot and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to PLC's, numerical controls, power supplies, drives, gages/HMI and test equipment.
Receive wiring diagrams, drawing, specification, and instructions, both verbally or in writing, concerning emergency and scheduled repair, installation, and inspection work to be performed.
Plans details of working procedures to determine material or replacement needs and determines a logical approach to repair problems.
Service electronic equipment by checking, testing, and replacing faulty components, circuit modules, printed circuit boards and similar electronic devices.
Perform plant-wide electronic and electrical maintenance making operating adjustment as required.
Maintain and install communication cables, power distribution cables and wiring, and performs splicing as required.
Promote and comply with good safety practices and habits, including but not limited to, use of all PPE.
Provides technical assistance (interpretation of drawings, recommendation of construction methods and equipment, etc.) as required, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
Ensure HWX is operating and following intent of maintenance contract.
Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
Develop and maintain site logistics plan with customer
Attend and participate in project meetings with customer
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience:
Technician Certification or Associates degree in related field required.
Five or more years' experience with PLC's and HMI controlled processes.
OSHA Certification preferred.
Thorough understanding of controls software in an automated environment.

The Hotel Maintenance Technician is a skilled craftsman that is responsible for maintaining the furniture, fixtures, and facility for interior hotel spaces onboard American Cruise Lines' ships. The Technician works closely with the Fleet Hotel Maintenance Manager & Hotel Operations Managers to keep the ships in good condition in accordance with the company's standards and guest expectations. During the operating season, the Technician will travel to the ships to evaluate, inspect and repair any hotel spaces that require attention. The Technician is required to hang wallpaper, install carpet, install tile, repair/install wood trim and moldings, and other general carpentry tasks. During the off cruising season, the Technician will complete maintenance and repair projects to prepare the ships to return to service in good working order. This position is part of the Hotel Operations Team and reports to the Hotel Operations Manager and in coordination with the Fleet Hotel Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Inspects public areas and stateroom hotel furniture, fixtures and equipment.
* Installs wallpaper, tile, and carpet.
* Repairs and installs wood trim and moldings.
* Paints doors, walls, trim.
* Installs artwork and TV's.
* Performs general carpentry tasks.
* Fixes or replaces broken fixtures and equipment.
* Replaces light fixtures and fans.
* Repairs furniture.
* Resolves issues that are assigned from the Hotel Maintenance ticket system.
* Accomplishes work duties and tasks independently with limited daily supervision.
* Follows required safety protocols.
* Works neatly and cleans work space frequently.
* Sends summary reports to Hotel Operations Manager for work completed or outstanding while onboard vessel.
* Manages sub-contractors to ensure that all work scheduled is completed and acceptable to the agreed terms and conditions.
* Performs inspections to ensure quality and assurance of work completed prior to ships going back into service.
* Participates in weekly meetings with Hotel Operations Manager & Hotel General Managers.
Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of carpentry experience in Hotels or Cruise Ships.
* Ability to travel to and from vessels as required.
* Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
* US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test.

Job Description
You will perform work on assigned aircraft or parts in the avionics function. Tasks included fabrication, repair, and installation of aircraft parts, maintenance and repair of helicopters and support of helicopter specific programs. Perform assembly, installation, repair or replacement of aircraft electrical/electronic components and systems in the manufacture, maintenance or refurbishing of aircraft and function check of components. Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems. Diagnose malfunctions or failures and make adjustments, repairs or replacements of parts or components.
Perform Assembly, Installation, Repair or Replacement: 80%
* Maintain close working relationship with assigned lead person with regard to schedules, priorities, availability of parts, supplies and tools, and special instructions as required.
* Perform work from blueprints, sketches, vendor and service manuals, and other source data to obtain dimensions, locations, alignment, tolerances and other specification requirements.
* Use a variety of standard and specialized hand tools, power equipment, measuring devices and test equipment in completing work assignments.
Compliance: 10%
* Assure that completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications.
Administration: 5%
* Complete forms and records pertaining to completion of assigned work.

Preferred Job Skills:
Must possess in-depth commercial or industrial electrical construction experience, and be able to meet or exceed productivity goals. Measure, cut, bend, thread, ream, and install conduit, using appropriate tools such as hacksaw, band saw, pipe threader and conduit bender.
Pull and terminate branch and feeder conductors.
Terminate wiring to light fixtures, motors, panels, devices, and other electrical equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
Utilize test equipment to test voltage, amperage, and continuity of circuit wiring to ensure compatibility and safety of components.
Ability to trouble-shoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems.
Complete all required documentation.
