Essential Functions
Schedule and prioritize various building and production equipment maintenance tasks
Work closely with vendors and contractors to complete scheduled work orders
Work closely with management, leadership teams, building landlord and contractors to address building security, fire, safety and other time sensitive issues immediately and efficiently.
Perform highly diversified duties to maintain facility's equipment Including:
emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs
scheduled maintenance of equipment during operations using skills including but not limited
to; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
Early detection of faulty operations, defective material. Plan repairs, report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
Maintain and schedule service as needed for material handling trucks and flooded lead-acid batteries.
Maintain logs of spare parts inventory for all production equipment and flooded lead-acid batteries for EPA reporting.
Be budget and production impact-minded in repairs and projects related to all maintenance and facilities, considering workload and customers.
General Facilities Maintenance to include Pluming, Carpentry, Painting, Cleaning, Concrete Repair.
