Maintain consistent cleanliness and organization of vehicle, manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies to facilitate operational efficiency at all times Occasionally lift heavy equipment Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications One year of mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience working with hand tools required (or completion of trade school) Comprehension and articulation of technical and mechanical documents and concepts Experience repairing fitness equipment is a plus but not necessary, additional training is provided as needed Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues Ability to manipulate or lift awkward or heavy equipment up to 100 pounds Ability to use a phone/tablet for scheduling and job reports Daily local travel required Valid Driver's License A self-starter with problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and plan, organize, and manage a variety of tasks High School diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
