This role is crucial in ensuring we can produce millions of bars. Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other issues on production equipment. Install and modify equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols and engineering standards. Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and repair history. Work effectively with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability. What you bring: High school diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including troubleshooting and repair Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems (preferred) Ability to provide own basic tools Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Field Technicians to ensure team success. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during the installation and testing phases. Project Collaboration Cooperate with the Project Manager/Coordinator and other stakeholders to plan work schedules, material delivery, and project milestones.
