Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly, motor/coil winding, aerospace electronics, EV powertrain, semiconductor, PCB assembly, or other precision manufacturing environments.
Experience performing mechanical and electrical assembly tasks such as crimping, wiring, soldering, torque tools, epoxy/potting, and use of precision fixtures.
Experience with electrical testing, such as continuity, resistance, insulation checks, or hipot testing (training provided).
Ability to read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and revision-controlled travelers/SOPs.
Strong attention to detail and process discipline-must consistently follow standardized procedures without deviation.
Ability to accurately record build and test data for traceability and quality assurance.
Proven reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic due to the complexity and safety requirements of the products.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a component of the Electrical Division of BLS Electrical (BLSE) and reports directly to the Crew Foreman. The Apprentice Electrician I will provide a full range of responsibilities that include but are not limited to installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a construction environment. Continually participate in ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, company profit and personal job mastery. All jobs shall be conducted in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

This position is responsible for the Facility Coordination and Maintenance of the Southside Processing Plant and all Southside Market and Barbeque restaurants. Physical Demands
