Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Four (4) years' experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment repairing production machines. Electrical and mechanical aptitude along with manual dexterity. Knowledge of 480 and 240/3-phase systems and 110 single phase. Must be able to speak, read and write English in order to complete job specific paperwork. Ability to work independently and function as a team member. Ability to obtain a forklift or powered industrial truck certification. Good planning and organizing skills. Must have own tools, volt-meter and amp probe (specialty tools provided by WinCup). Work mandatory overtime, early morning, late evenings and weekends when required during busy season, inventory, and for vacation coverage.
