Key Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform scheduled PMs on rotary screw air compressors, including oil and filter changes, belt inspections, and lubrication.
Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues; replace/repair motors, drives, regulators, valves, separators, coolers, and control components.

Execute PM's per CMMS schedule

This position works closely with the Project Manager.

In This Evening Maintenance Tech Role, You'll:
Work: The night shift from 2:30 pm - midnight, with overtime opportunities
Ensure the smooth operation of machinery by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
Locate the sources of problems using various testing instruments and devices.
Adjust functional parts of equipment with hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and other tools.
Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen for irregularities to identify potential problems.
Dismantle devices to remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools.
Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance needs.
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock levels and placing orders.
