Key Responsibilities:

Coordinates equipment readiness for procedures by providing substitutions and responding to technical assistance requests.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the installation of refrigeration systems following customer specifications, applicable building codes, and proper piping practices.
Provide support on construction job by piping cooler boxes and refrigeration cases, including electrical wiring as required to complete the project.
Provides the required installation of pipe hangers as directed by the foreman.
Provide construction support by welding and slip-hosing copper pipes, and assist the foreman as needed on the job.
Provide support by handing cooler box coils and installing new supermarket refrigeration systems or remodeling existing supermarket refrigeration systems.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent work experience and trade or technical school classes

Become the Maintenance Mechanic you always wanted to be
Safely and effectively test and operate emergency power supply system (EPSS) and its components.
nstall/maintain/repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, oxygen, and telephone systems.
Work independently in the specified time frame as assigned per job task under the direction of the supervisor.
Retain auto, carpentry, phone, pneumatics, stationary engineer, hydraulics, and computer skills.
Plan, interpret, examine, draw, and record work; report daily completion to supervisor.
Perform all types of control maintenance, building construction and repair, and equipment overhaul within required time frame.
Maintain a working knowledge of all facility systems and all applicable regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Licensing in a specialty field such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is preferred.
Valid driver's license may be required.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
Previous experience in preventative maintenance, equipment repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or construction required. Healthcare experience is a plus.
May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts if needed.
Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must demonstrate the ability to tolerate frequent position changes such as twisting, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and bending positions for complete shift.
Ability to work on ladders and scaffolds and be able to sit, stand, and walk for momentary to extended periods of time.
Ability to safely work with hazardous materials.

Essential Functions:
Perform machine set up and repair assembly and packaging equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance routines on all production equipment.
Install, debug and stabilize plant equipment as required.
Assist in Production/Maintenance related assignments as needed.
Communicate regarding issues and problem solve with Production staff any quality and safety concerns.
Record maintenance data as directed by the Maintenance Manager to monitor equipment performance, i.e. work orders, time cards
Identify and report equipment concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
Participate in overtime assignments as required.
Provide “on call” coverage as needed.
Perform other various similar and related duties as required by the Manager.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Maintenance Technology field and or equivalent Education, Experience and Training.
1-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
Through knowledge of Maintenance jargon, Maintenance Best Practices Knowledge; OSHA, safety, etc.
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA and Production needs.
Work Environment: The job is performed in production areas where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used, and will be in the presence of or otherwise operating machinery.

Role Overview
We're looking for a mission-driven Electromechanical Technician to help bring REGENT's groundbreaking seagliders to life. In this role, you won't just assemble parts - you'll be building the future of coastal mobility by integrating and testing the critical systems that will make our vehicles fly just above the waves. What You'll Do
* Assemble, install, and test integrated systems including motors, actuators, sensors, wire harnesses, control surfaces, and other electromechanical assemblies.
* Fabricate and route harnesses from schematics and 3D models, using crimping, soldering, and strain relief techniques to aerospace standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620).
* Troubleshoot system-level issues involving electrical, mechanical, or sensor components-identify root causes and propose solutions in collaboration with engineers.
* Read and interpret both electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings to support builds and integration.
* Install and calibrate moving systems, such as control surfaces, propulsion assemblies, or actuation systems, ensuring smooth mechanical operation and proper electrical interfacing.
* Support testing and validation of complete vehicle systems - both on the bench and integrated into seaglider platforms.
* Collaborate across disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, avionics, and systems engineering) to rapidly iterate and improve design and build processes.
* Contribute to tooling, workspace setup, and safety practices, including safe handling of high-voltage systems and moving machinery.
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience building and supporting electromechanical systems - including actuators, sensors, motors, wiring, and control interfaces.
* Proficiency in using both mechanical and electrical hand tools, diagnostic instruments (multimeters, torque wrenches, etc.), and assembly techniques.
* Familiarity with aviation, aerospace, or high-reliability standards for assembly, harnessing, and workmanship (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or equivalent).
* Ability to read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly drawings.
* Understanding of safe work practices around high-voltage systems, rotating machinery, and prototype environments.
