This role will be a primarily stationary position supporting a 350-acre campus on the southeast side of town. There will be scheduled cross-training to support the clients downtown building as well. The account is Facilities Management, staff handles a variety of tasks related to the exterior, interior and critical building systems. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for executing and completing preventative maintenance, demand repairs, general repairs and adjustments to building systems, equipment and fixtures as required to the satisfaction of tenant and building owners. Some things you can expect to do: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems. Conduct daily rounds, interpret system readings. Coordinate and oversee vendor work.
