Including equipment failures, process upsets, Product movements, and operational changes. * Perform preventative maintenance on all types of control, measurement and instrumentation equipment * Troubleshooting of process equipment and instrumentation. * Repair of process equipment including meters, valves, transmitters, valve actuators and associated equipment * Calibration of transmitters and valve actuators. * Programming of flow control computers and process control systems on Lacts and rail rack. * Assist Maintenance technicians with other maintenance and repair duties. * Maintain records utilizing internal tracking systems to document all associated work. * Complete daily, weekly, and/or monthly inspections/reports to include, but not limited to, inspection reports, incident reports, and potential hazard/near miss reports. * Communicate with third party contractors when working around the facility. * Must be detailed orientated, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining a safe work environment. * Maintain cleanliness of terminal equipment and work area. * Ensure facility buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas are in safe and clean working conditions, remove and dispose of trash, perform grounds maintenance, and perform repairs as directed. * Identify, report, and correct safety / environmental / regulatory concerns per company policy and procedure. * Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by your Supervisor or Manager.
