Primary responsibilities include: Modeling and coordinating electrical layouts and design per contract documents Adhering to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria Following BIM content standards and development procedures Printing drawing sets and participating in project reviews Producing installation and shop drawings Ensuring LOD meets contract requirements Checking work completed personally or by CAD Techs for accuracy before next-level review Self-scheduling tasks to meet deliverables and maintaining high attention to detail Leading modeling efforts on projects and working with support modelers to complete deliverables. We will gladly consider qualified candidates who have an equivalent combination of 2 years of college-level computerized drafting/AEC education and at least 3 years of MEP construction experience. We have also found that candidates with 3 years of industrial or commercial electrical formal training and field experience, which includes at least 2 years of electrical raceway and components experience, can be highly successful with some training.
