Electrician Pay Range: $24.50 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Performs skilled Electrical work. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Required working knowledge and experience of mechanical systems, industrial electricity, and PLCs. Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments. Experience with manufacturing equipment and tools (e.g., lathes, grinders, welding equipment). Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed. Forklift and scissor lift certified. Physical Requirements Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Manufacturing plant setting with exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery. Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Physical ability to work in confined spaces and stand for extended periods. May involve climbing ladders, working at heights, or in tight spaces.
