Electrical jobs include maintenance and installation of equipment and machinery used in production and manufacturing. Job Responsibilities Perform electrical work and repairs on industrial/mining equipment Install, adjust and maintain all electrical equipment, gauges and instruments Troubleshoot, evaluate and coordinate electrical needs, repairs and modifications Ensure that manufacturers standards of repair and maintenance are performed on all equipment Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned Maintain good housekeeping Adhere to all CEMEX, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations at all times Wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds Meet or exceed company safety standards Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications 5 years electrical maintenance experience 3 years experience in aggregate, cement or heavy industrial operations preferred Power distribution experience or understanding up to 4,160 volts Programmable logic control and digital drive experience High school graduate Prefer associates degree or equivalent in electrical maintenance experience Able to read, write, and speak English Bilingual a plus 5 years electrical maintenance experience 3 years' experience in aggregate, cement or heavy industrial operations preferred Power distribution experience or understanding up to 4160 volts Programmable logic control and digital drive experience High school graduate. Prefer Associates Degree or equivalent in electrical maintenance experience Be able to read, write, and speak English Bilingual a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Computer literate and able to use existing systems and grow into company networked program of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
