In 1973, Electromech moved to its current location in southwest Wichita on South Custer. It was 1970 when the company moved to a larger facility and began development of its DC motor, rotary and linear actuator lines.
In 1973, Electromech moved to its current location in southwest Wichita on South Custer.
In the late 1980's, in response to customer inquires, a decision was made to support the aftermarket side of the manufacturing business including overhauls, repairs and spares support on most of Electromech Technologies manufactured products.
In July 2015, Electromech Technologies completed the transition of the Motion Control Product Line from Transicoil Aerospace Solutions in Collegeville, Pennsylvania to Electromech Technologies' Wichita manufacturing facility.
