What Are the Requirements of the Job?
Associate's degree in a technical field preferred OR 10+ years of relevant experience.
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Experience with PLC and CNC programming and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding (stick, MIG, TIG).
Understanding of machine control circuits and schematics.
Familiarity with plumbing, pumps, and various piping materials.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to process improvements.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
