About the Role We are looking for a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer to join our AI Technologies Engineering team, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, AI Technologies. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative applications and services powered by Generative AI (GenAI), driving technical excellence and delivering impactful business solutions. As a technical leader, you will architect, develop, and optimize fullstack applications, ensuring seamless integration across front-end, back-end, and cloud-based AI services. Your work will enhance efficiency, improve user experiences, reduce friction, and enable entirely new business capabilities made possible through GenAI-driven innovations. In addition to your direct engineering contributions, you will mentor engineers, establish best practices, and drive engineering excellence across the stack. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and AI specialists to create scalable, high-performance, and secure applications. This role requires a deep understanding of modern fullstack development, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, API design, and DevOps practices.
