Position OverviewThe Assembler is responsible for producing high-quality components using detailed work instructions, hand tools, and production equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read and understand work orders Update daily production using “sight management boards” Identify and report safety or quality concerns to leadership immediately Experience using basic hand tools and tape measure or ruler Set up and operate hydraulic, pneumatic, test, and balance equipment Read and follow work instructions, special notes, routings, and safety notices Use ERP system for tracking part numbers, lot numbers, scrap, and locations Assemble and inspect housing assemblies, impellers, and related components Maintain a clean and organized workstation Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals Requirements Previous assembly/manufacturing is required.
