Full-time | USA Manufacturing| Location – Olathe, KS

Use your experience to assist our manufacturing team in assembling quality products to provide for our customers.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble repair and replacement products for industrial machinery. This will involve:
  • Working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Through-Hole soldering of wires and circuit boards with a soldering iron
  • Meeting set production standards for quality and speed of production
  • Using hand tools/machinery to wire, strip, crimp, and assemble a variety of products including joysticks, wire harnesses, backup alarms, strobe lights, and more.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams, including interpretation of measurements and tolerances.

HOW TO SUCCEED

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives with hands-on experience and can complete goals independently. To join us you need:

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience with hand soldering.
  • Mechanical knowledge of assembly and subassembly documentation and production.
  • Knowledge and experience with work order systems like Epicor.

What you'll be doing:
* Perform manual assembly operations in support of Electromechanical and mirror assembly per written instructions to a high level of quality.

* Monitor, load/unload, and support automated build processes.
* Aid in root cause studies to investigate assembly failures.

Who we're looking for:
