• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2+ years of related electro–mechanical assembly experience
• Soldering Skills
• Ability to read/interpret schematics
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory and Manufacturing software (SyteLine a plus), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good manual dexterity to manipulate small objects.
• Good eye-hand coordination.

Full-time | USA Manufacturing| Location – Olathe, KS

Use your experience to assist our manufacturing team in assembling quality products to provide for our customers.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble repair and replacement products for industrial machinery. This will involve:
• Working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Through-Hole soldering of wires and circuit boards with a soldering iron
• Meeting set production standards for quality and speed of production
• Using hand tools/machinery to wire, strip, crimp, and assemble a variety of products including joysticks, wire harnesses, backup alarms, strobe lights, and more.
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams, including interpretation of measurements and tolerances.

HOW TO SUCCEED

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives with hands-on experience and can complete goals independently. To join us you need:

• A minimum of 1 years of experience with hand soldering.
• Mechanical knowledge of assembly and subassembly documentation and production.
• Knowledge and experience with work order systems like Epicor.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment to meet customer demands

What's in it for you?

* Paying up to $25-28/hr. (DOE)

What you'll be doing:
* Perform manual assembly operations in support of Electromechanical and mirror assembly per written instructions to a high level of quality.
* Use manual and electronic tools per best practices, e.g. rivet guns, torque drivers, presses, clamping tools.
* Monitor, load/unload, and support automated build processes.
* Aid in root cause studies to investigate assembly failures.
* Maintain accurate build and material consumption data; maintain consumables inventory.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and, above all, safe workspace.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Who we're looking for:
* High School Diploma, equivalent or higher.
* Experience with automation, specifically Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).
* Able to provide feedback on production systems for continuous improvement.
* Possesses a high mechanical aptitude and has experience with mechanical assembly.
* Capability and experience using assembly tools.
* Capable of lifting 35lbs unassisted.
* Good communication, able to read work instructions in English.
* Can pass a written aptitude, knowledge and skills test.
