Qualifications

**What are we looking for?**
The OCI Core Services organization is looking for a Senior Principal Security Engineer that will be the technical security leader for OCI's foundational components. **Basic Qualifications**

Our Opportunity
Reporting to the Network Communications Manager and working with other Technology Managers, the Voice and Unified Communications Engineer provides technical services to the IT teams, business end-users, and IT Managers in line with Squire Patton Boggs Technology strategic and operational objectives. The role holder ensures that effective technical problem resolution, knowledge transfer and skills development exists at all levels across Squire Patton Boggs Technology team. They also work as part of the global Network Communications team, involved in the design and implementation, commissioning and decommissioning of new and existing infrastructure.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Voice and Unified Communications Engineer is responsible for maintaining, administering and troubleshooting the Firm's existing Voice platforms, including voicemail, devices and associated lines, electronic fax solutions and call reporting solutions. In addition, this role is required to support any transitions to Unified Communications platforms, including designing, auditing, testing, configuring and deploying solutions on a global basis.
The responsibilities will include ongoing maintenance and issue resolution while ensuring the designated platform has sufficient capacity, performs as required and is readily available throughout the platform's existence, including, but not limited to:
Maintain and troubleshoot existing Cisco voice systems; analyze telecommunications requirements and plans, program and test telecommunication systems.
Work with external vendors to identify faults and log circuit outages. Investigate hardware and software problems with voice/network devices and work with the manufacturers' support teams to resolve - ensuring the stability of the service.

The Mechatronics Controls Engineer is responsible for designing, programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated control systems across the Green Sustainable Solutions (GSS) manufacturing plant. This role ensures that all PLC, robotics, and electrical systems operate efficiently and reliably to support production goals and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, program, and maintain PLC systems including Siemens SIMATIC ET 200SP, Allen-Bradley CompactLogix (L33ER), and Micro-820 controllers.
Troubleshoot robotic systems include Premier Tech Stacking, Bagging, and Belt Control systems.
Develop and implement electrical schematics, HMI interfaces, and control network diagrams.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize automation performance.
Manage and maintain PLC backups, software versioning, and documentation.
Support installation and startup of new automation equipment or process improvements.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and corporate safety and electrical standards.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in industrial controls, robotics, or mechatronics in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, and HMI development tools.
Strong knowledge of industrial networking (EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced production environment.
