Responsibilities

* It is required that the candidate possess strong creative abilities and skills along with strong technical abilities and skills in the use of computer software to create robust course resources and course designs.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, or related field. Other Master's degrees considered depending on instructional design experience.
* Minimum of two years of instructional design experience working with faculty/instructors/subject matter experts to design, develop and support delivery of instruction.
* Highly developed communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) with the demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple constituencies in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, HTML, etc.)
* Cloud computing and data security experience

**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience in utilizing various tax and accounting software systems preferably OneSource Tax Return and Tax Provision systems, CCH Tax Research System, Sage Depreciation software system and Oracle accounting system.
+ Ability to develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with individuals at various levels and diverse backgrounds, within internal corporate departments, external auditors, and tax authorities, in order to efficiently meet timelines.
+ Strong tax compliance and tax research experience. Solid understanding of accounting principles and general tax law.
