What Does An Electronic Systems Security Assessment Do At Enterprise Integration Corporation
* Provides expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and/or project team based on specialized deep expertise in such fields as: engineering and technology; policy and administration; planning; analysis; training and development; facilities; communications; visual design; human capital; business; and management.* Ensures the appropriate quality characteristics have been integrated into products; monitors products and services throughout the life cycle; validates/verifies adherence to specified requirements through test and measurement activities; manages/leads quality assurance activities.* Assist the Government Program Manager in executing priorities of work as determined by the government, and providing recommendations concerning division activities and priorities in addition to being an Assessments and Authorizations (A&A) subject matter expert and accomplishing activities identified in this section.* Assist in determining work priorities are properly assigned and followed.* Provide recommendations to ensure Division activities, priorities, and strategic vision is accomplished.* Perform tasks associated with safeguarding NGA’s information systems with focus on risk analysis, and Federal and Agency policy compliance by conducting Information Assurance (IA) security assessments, performing a risk assessment for each Information System and providing authorization recommendations for information systems including: operational authority to test (OATT), approval to proceed (ATP), authority to connect (ATC), & authority to operate (ATO).* Provide guidance for securing Information Systems.* Conduct and/or participate in information security posture assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.* Develop and assess IA metrics as they pertain to information security assessments.* Review, maintain, and ensure all A&A documentation, including NGA’s System Security Plan (SSP), is complete and ready for authorization.* Ensure security testing and evaluations are completed and documented by OCIO/CSI personnel, program managers, and system administrators.* Ensure IA assessment and authorization task activities and solutions are collaborated with the necessary offices and agencies.* Augment system documentation with appropriate information when necessary.* Ensure that a record of all supplemental system authorization documentation is maintained.* Consult with Intelligence Community and DoD peers and staff to respond to authorization issues concerning NGA systems at external or remote locations.* Coordinate between the Agency and external entities and provide recommendations for favorable authorization determination.* Coordinate with directorate and office program managers concerning NGA legacy programs and provide recommendations for favorable
