Key Responsibilities Mitigation & Site Work Assist with water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation projects Set up and operate drying and dehumidification equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA filters) Perform demolition, cleaning, and site preparation tasks Support containment setup and proper use of PPE Take moisture readings and document findings accurately using field apps or job logs Logistics & Team Support Load and unload tools and materials Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, supervisors, and customers Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Emergency Response Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency calls as scheduled Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in mitigation or restoration WRT certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Additional IICRC certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT) are a plus Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in wet, dusty, or confined environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
