Troubleshoot any issues relating to faulty components or power connection issues to quickly determine proper course of action while always following all lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures. Provide support on larger equipment installation projects. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform installation, repairs, and preventative maintenance (PM) on all electrical components of plant production equipment such as conveyors, controls panels, communication devices, HMIs, I/O, and VFDs. Troubleshoot control systems, including Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and PC controllers, Allen Bradley Controllogix, Compactlogix, Micrologix PLC, and other industrial control platforms utilizing RSLogix 5000 and 500, or other software packages. Troubleshoot industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, AS-I, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems.
