Title: Field Service Technician - MMIC/VERDA Water Quality System Department: Service Reports To: Installation Project Manager/Region Service Manager Summary: The Field Service Technician - MMIC/VERDA Water Quality System is responsible for delivering field services to the MMIC mobile fleet and VERDA Water Quality Systems to our customers. Maintain and manage tool inventories used for water quality testing services and mobile fleet services. Provide water testing services including Preventive Maintenance services, System Disinfections, and Water Testing and Sampling services as required. Complete and submit all documentation requirements in a complete, timely and accurate manner. Such as Field Service Reports, Expense reports, PM and Services checklists, and Timesheets. Perform mobile fleet service and water quality testing and maintenance services with the customer. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager. Provide technical support to end users and service providers. Order parts necessary for quick resolution to problems. Manage inventory assigned and applied to accounts. Travel to customer sites which could exceed 50% travel. Comfortable with travel via airplane. Follow all procedures for service call execution.
