Mechanical systems (drives, pneumatics, robotics, motion systems)

**RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS/ SCOPE:**
+ Reports to Maintenance Supervisor.

Proficiently complete data entry into multiple software applications on a smart device, using Microsoft Office and email
Effective math skills with a basic understanding of weight, volume, pressure, and units of measure
Preferred Certifications:
American Concrete Institute (ACI): Field Testing Grade I, International Code Council (ICC) in the areas of construction materials, Post Tensioning Institute (PTI), and/or other certifications depending on the level of experience
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
You are willing and able to perform the physical demands of this position with the use of Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment such as:
Working outdoors the majority of the time in varying weather conditions
Walking over rough and uneven terrain
Standing up to 8 hours a day, up to 12 hours on occasion
Routinely lifting and carrying 40-50lbs, (field/laboratory samples and equipment)
Maneuver field equipment safely, such as a loaded wheelbarrow, on uneven ground and around active construction sites
Traveling out-of-town (typically overnight) for assignments as necessary
Working outside of normal business hours when necessary
Pay rate is based on the level of experience and active certifications.

Install, maintain, and enhance electronic components and systems on our advanced high-speed manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Tackle complex electrical challenges, including converting systems from 480V AC to 24V DC, to support diverse operational needs.
Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to implement innovative upgrades and improvements that set new industry standards.
Conduct meticulous preventive maintenance routines to uphold peak performance and minimize downtime.
Document your contributions with precision in our state-of-the-art maintenance tracking systems (CMMS), ensuring a transparent and efficient workflow.
What We're Looking For:
An innovative thinker with an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated expertise (5 years or more) as an Electronic Technician in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. (A combination of education and experience will be considered.)
Proficiency in deciphering electrical and electronic schematics and technical manuals, coupled with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic work environment, including availability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift to support our around-the-clock operations.
