Regularly makes joint sales calls with the Director of THD/HD Supply Sales and management personnel with the primary emphasis to close business. Assists the THD in the yearly business planning process by establishing sales, marketing, service, and financial objectives and, with the Director of Sales, conduct quarterly review sessions regarding the yearly plan. Monitors and evaluates the market and activities and products of the competition. Identify SWOT and develop plan to address issues/problems/opportunities. The anticipated wage for this position is $21.27 - $41.25 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
