Facilities & Engineering Electrician Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including power distribution panels, MCCs, transformers, branch circuits, motors, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, and lighting systems. Perform root-cause diagnostics on electrical faults, equipment failures, and automation issues using multimeters, megohm meters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test instruments. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and instrumentation in accordance with SOPs, cGMP, and CMMS work orders. Install and terminate conduit, wiring, cable trays, and associated hardware in compliance with NEC standards and site specifications. Support manufacturing and packaging operations by troubleshooting electrical components on OSD production equipment (granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, blending, and bottle packaging lines). Assist with integration, installation, and startup of new equipment, including wiring, controls, calibration, and system verification activities. Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, work orders, calibrations, and electrical modifications in accordance with ALCOA+ data-integrity guidelines. Verify electrical system safety, grounding integrity, and equipment compatibility prior to energization. Partner with engineering and validation teams to support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and requalification activities. Respond to equipment or facility electrical emergencies as required to support 24/7 manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with all site SOPs, cGMP requirements, OSHA and EPA regulations, and DEA guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support audit-ready operations. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited electrical trade school, vocational program, or apprenticeship strongly preferred. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. Additional electrical or controls-related certifications preferred. Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred (not required but advantageous). 5-7 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience required; experience in pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently with industrial power systems, automation equipment, and electrical controls. Experience supporting manufacturing or packaging equipment in a production environment. Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical diagrams, single-line drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and control wiring diagrams. Skilled in diagnosing and repairing motors, VFDs, motor starters, control circuits, relays, instrumentation, and low-voltage systems. Working knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices including LOTO, arc-flash, and PPE. Familiarity with PLC-based systems and industrial automation (Allen-Bradley preferred). PRIMARY PURPOSE: To maintain all mall owned and operated heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in order to provide safe, efficient and effective operation. This position is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to assist the operations department in handling emergencies at the property level. The Appliance and Consumer Electronics Technician will perform restoration on many varying electronics and appliances. To test, calibrate and troubleshoot electronic and electromechanical systems or units by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Calibrate testing instruments and installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications. * Install electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools. * Consult with supervisors, or engineers for issues with units to resolve problems in system operation or maintenance. * Perform minor troubleshooting until thoroughly familiar with units and specifications. * Utilize test equipment, like multimeters, frequency generators, variable power supplies, Ice points, test fixtures. * Utilize various calibration software and transfer standards in order to calibrate units. * Utilize Metcal calibration software to enter and generate Certificates of Calibration. * Repair, rework, or calibrate assemblies or systems to meet operational specifications or tolerances. * Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation or for defects, such as loose connections or frayed wires. * Communicate with CSR(s) and end user on as found conditions and proposed resolutions for repairs to gain final approval and acceptance. * Make judgment of repairable or BER conditions of customer owned material. * Process and complete call log job orders in ERP system for customer owned material. * Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests. * Repair or adjust equipment, or defective components, replacing worn parts. * Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment or software, and applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems. * Practices good safety and housekeeping procedures. * Assist in Instrument Assembly manufacturing area to perform new material builds and or calibrations as demand requires. Requirements Abilities/Skills Required: * Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics. * Ability to navigate Syteline ERP for processing and completing call log job orders for customer owned material. * Ability to use common sense to carry out instruction in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations. * Ability with the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. * Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. * Ability to use computers and comfortable with Microsoft Office. * Ability to learn in-house computer software and protocols. * Skill with making precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects. * Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). * Ability to work closely with others to form a strong team spirit. * Skills with basic math functions. Conversions of temperature measurements from Fahrenheit to Celsius. * Skill with using basic hand tools. Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * 2+ years of experience within an Electronics Assembly environment.
