Perform component-level product rework to minimize scrap and costs. Read and interpret complex schematics, technical documents, and blueprints. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Execute systematic troubleshooting of defects at the component, board, and equipment level. Fluently utilize standard diagnostic tools, including Digital Multimeters (DMMs) and oscilloscopes, and other specialized test equipment. Isolate faults and repair complex electronic assemblies and circuit boards. Process Improvement and Quality: Work with process leaders and engineering teams to identify, resolve, and mitigate production defects and issues. Apply problem-solving techniques to improve production lines and process flow. Design and build test tools for quality inspections and part screening. Required Qualifications Technical Expertise: Proven experience operating and maintaining automated electronics assembly equipment. Expert-level soldering skills.
