About the Role:
As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
Follow and promote safe work practices, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Assess and determine when machines require repairs or service, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled and as needed.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Licenses/Certifications: Must obtain and maintain an OSHA Certified Industrial Truck Operator License.
Skills and Competencies:

The operator will be expected to work at night, on weekends, and on holidays when there is a rain event. All CSO O&M Technicians are on call 24/7. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Performs skilled work in the operation of the CSO as scheduled by the Superintendent.
