Scope:
Provide end-to-end onsite and remote user support, ensuring high-quality solutions and user experiences.
Oversee service delivery across a set of client sites, buildings, or specific customer areas (SCAs), monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics.
Diagnose hardware issues, support AV equipment, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
At single-person sites, where there is not a team of technicians and the Field Services Technician is the sole resource, the technician is automatically designated as an L1 Field Services Technician- I

Primary Responsibilities:
User Support: Provide end-to-end onsite and remote user support for service requests. Utilize logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, delivering the best possible solutions for a high-quality user experience. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their issues.
Inventory: Deploy and recover assets and accessories. Assist in workstation dressing.
Hardware Support & Management: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues. Support product lifecycle management activities.
Room & Audio Equipment Support: Support a complex and fast-paced environment focused on video conference rooms, ensuring audio and visual quality and troubleshooting any issues or requests. Participate in installing AV equipment and displays.
Ticket Management: Ensure assigned support request tickets are prioritized and completed in a timely manner. Handle tasks related to order tracking, hardware deployment, and user setup, typically tracked through ticketing systems. Utilize the defined ITSM System to properly manage work related to service activities.
Issues Escalation: Effectively document and escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Proactively communicate with your supervisor when encountering errors in documented support procedures. Adhere to incident management, problem management, change management, and knowledge management best practices.
Service Delivery Oversight & Performance Monitoring: Oversee service delivery across designated client sites/buildings/SCAs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including SLAs for services under local service management (LSM) and quality measurement metrics.
Team Leadership & Development: Assign tasks and set goals for team members. Monitor technician performance and provide constructive feedback. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and overall performance.
Collaboration: Participate in cross-team/site collaboration to share service knowledge, isolate potential problems, and ensure the consistent delivery of defined service activities. Collaborate within the broader IT customer experience team and extended IT organization to ensure the highest level of customer support.
Customer Experience: Ensure a positive user experience and customer satisfaction through smooth operations and effective work management. Enable the success of your peers and teammates.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training in IT Services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of policies and procedures related to requested support activities.
Capable of understanding customer needs and providing a high level of interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Low Voltage Systems Technician is responsible for the installation,
maintenance and repair of of district-wide low voltage communication and audio systems. This role supports technology infrastructure across multiple campuses, focusing on clock/timekeeping systems, intercom systems, scoreboards, paging systems, and sound/PA systems.

Compensation information

Essential Duties:
Repair and maintain a variety of equipment and perform preventative maintenance on distribution center and/or manufacturing equipment

Operate metalworking machines such as bench lathes, milling machines, punch presses, and drive presses to fabricate housings, fittings, jogs and fixtures
Inspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems
Remove and/or replace worn or defective parts

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred
2+ years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience or experience in a related field
Experience with low and high voltage electrical systems
Demonstrated understanding of operating principles of frequency drives, servos, electrical and PLCs
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot PLCs, I/O and VFDs
Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to frequently reach up to 31-77 inches.

Summary
Redwire - Longmont CO has an opportunity for a RF Electronics Technician at our facility in Longmont, CO. This role will be responsible for electronics assembly, testing, and verification at our Longmont facility, as well as participating in laboratory and bench testing of active and passive antennas and microwave circuits. We are building active and passive RF systems for new space-based communications architectures. You will interface with the project design and operations teams to assist in board bring-up, rework and testing.
Responsibilities
* Provide input for work instructions and procedures for electronics soldering, assembly and testing.
* Review and interpret complex technical schematics, ensuring accuracy during the build, assembly and testing phases.
* Perform complex soldering and rework, including surface mount assembly for components as small as 0402, with proficiency in handling a wide variety of package types (e.g., QFN, QFP, TSOP, through hole connectors, etc.) under a microscope. J-STD or NASA soldering with space addendum certification preferred.
* Build and test multi-wire cable harnesses, including developing Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and conducting thorough verification testing. IPC or NASA harnessing certification is preferred.
* Participate in the assembly and testing of RF electronics hardware.
* Perform troubleshooting using Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and digital multi-meters.
* Familiarity with reading electrical and RF schematics.
* Perform integration of electronic components in support of rapid prototyping requirements.
Ideal Experience
* Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be substituted for education.
* 8+ years of direct technical experience with electronic systems, including analog, digital, and RF subsystems.
* Strong hands-on experience with RF circuits and systems.
* Experience with soldering & de-soldering using rework tools, such as hot tweezers, hot plates, hot air rework stations and reflow ovens.
* Understanding of, and experience working with, high reliability products within a quality management system.
* Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to handle small parts and fasteners, including sizes as small as #0-80.
* High standard of quality workmanship with attention to detail in assembly, testing, and documentation.
