Key Responsibilities:
Ensures availability of sterile endoscopic equipment for surgeries, including retrieval, assembly, and specialized sterilization to meet surgical schedules.

Coordinates equipment readiness for procedures by providing substitutions and responding to technical assistance requests.

Oversees proper storage and rotation of supplies, ensuring labeling and packaging meet standards.
Maintains detailed records of inventory, purchasing, equipment repairs, and expenses; reconciles budget variances and supports budget planning.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The Electromechanical Technician will be responsible for carrying out assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems infrastructure and equipment. They will be responsible for both low-voltage control wiring and higher-voltage power wiring and will work on a variety of internally developed and third-party systems and machines. They will work closely with Controls Engineers and Maintenance Mechanics on the Manufacturing team, as well as both technicians and engineers from a variety of adjacent working groups. for all in-plant automation devices such as Allen Bradley PLC's, HMI's and VFD's.. The Electromechanical Technician will assist in accurate data collection for MES, Kepware and SCADA systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive, routine, and troubleshooting) on instrumentation systems and components in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
Wire, test, and troubleshoot control panels and individual electrical subcomponents.
Assemble control systems infrastructure and install third-party equipment such as power meters, pumps, pressure sensors and the like.
Read and mark-up electrical schematics.
Assist with maintaining all equipment programs database.
Follow company and industry workmanship standards for assembly and electrical work.
Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures as-needed.
Set up and troubleshoot simple ethernet communications networks.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
