You'll ensure our products are world class & exceed our customer's expectations. As a Test Cell Systems Technician, you'll be responsible for conducting testing on different product lines. What you'll do: Assumes full responsibility of testing activities for one or more product lines; Adapts to different testing such as working on LRU. Assists Production, Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure that quality products are built and they meet minimum acceptance test criteria per CMM. Works from the CMM to perform routine testing, checkout and troubleshooting functions of a simple nature. Performs routine operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment to ensure conformance with final product specifications; Diagnoses and isolates failures down to component level; Conducts defined tests, collect data as assigned, and maintain pass/fail data using. Utilizes routine manufacturing test or diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, digital volt meters, signal generators, specialized test apparatus; Disassembles, modifies, reworks, refurbishes, reassembles, and tests units as required. Performs in-process final verification of product and paperwork associated with the final product. May be assigned to assists other testers to set up test stations. Utilize Company's resources and online technical data. Assists the Operations Manager to ensure calibration/certification on all test equipment and hand tools are up to date. Support others and actively participates with continuous improvement program by following Lean Concepts. Must be flexible with jobs that can assist in other production lines as well as helping production when required. Position Requirements 4-6 years of related experience as Test Technician in Manufacturing/Production in aviation industry. 1+ years of experience interpreting assembly drawing and schematics to be used for troubleshooting. 1+ years of experience with computer skills using Microsoft Excel and Word. 1+ years of experience with related test software. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Preferred Characteristics Available to work OT when needed. Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing when highlighting technical issues to Support Staff (Team, Test Engineer, Mfg. Engineer, and Product Engineer, and Management).
