Verify electrical system safety, grounding integrity, and equipment compatibility prior to energization. Partner with engineering and validation teams to support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and requalification activities. Respond to equipment or facility electrical emergencies as required to support 24/7 manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with all site SOPs, cGMP requirements, OSHA and EPA regulations, and DEA guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support audit-ready operations. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited electrical trade school, vocational program, or apprenticeship strongly preferred. Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred (not required but advantageous). 5-7 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience required; experience in pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing or packaging equipment in a production environment. Provide detailed notes on inspected items. Requirements Include: Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment. Exhibit a professional, neat, and clean appearance. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
