Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs competent break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to determine root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; and performing troubleshooting and repair of electrical circuitry and mechanical systems.

· Conforms and complies with customer contractor codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safety processes
· Documents work performed in service reports, and applicable management systems.
· Performs routine processes with and within industrial control systems to troubleshoots and analyzes complex equipment, perform equipment maintenance, and to resolve equipment problems.
· Utilizes in-depth application of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
· Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.
· Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:
Essential KSAs:
· High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
· Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 7 years of experience in specific industry.
· Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
· Possesses working knowledge and experience regarding electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems in related fields. Can analyze the problems, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs
· Extensive travel required. (Local, National, International).

We're looking for a skilled Controls Technician to support, maintain, and improve all plant electrical and control systems-including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and network subsystems. What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities

Key Technical Skills

Assist engineers to create, modify, and test new and existing products
Support product design, development, and manufacturing preparation-ramp, building prototypes, fixtures, and test samples to validate concepts and accelerate rollout
Conduct experiments and investigations under the guidance of Engineers
Analyze operations and engineering processes and offer suggestions for improvement
Use standard tools such as lathes, mills, drills (and related) to build samples or test concepts; leverage test and measurement equipment to validate performance
QUALIFICATIONS:

Hands-on, practical product development approach with demonstrated focus on prototyping, sample-development, and testing

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
2-yrs experience as a technician, apprentice, or equivalent in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment

Experience interpreting and refining engineering drawings
Experience with rolling shutters, window treatments, door systems, or windows is a plus
Associates degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology or equivalent preferred
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficiency with CAD / CAE software
Experience with measurement and mechanical testing systems in toolroom and/or protype-lab environments
Proficiency with MSOffice

We have an opening for an Electronics Technician to join our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Electronics Technician will perform restoration on many varying electronics and appliances. Along with the restoration process, each tech will be certified to drive the box truck by taking the DOT physical so that they can do the pickup and delivery of electronics and appliances as well.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
On-site evaluation of damaged electronics from insurance claims involving fire, water, or lightning strike damage.
Inventory, remove and transport electronics and appliances from the insured's home/business.
Disassemble and evaluate electronics to be cleaned, serviced, and/or repaired.
Test, clean, restore, and re-assemble electronics to pre-loss condition.
Deliver and reinstall appliances and consumer electronics within the insured home or business.
Requirements Include:
Able to interact in a positive and empathetic manner with customers within their own homes.
Treats customer's property, homes and workplaces with great care.
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

The Test Technician is responsible for analyzing and resolving electronic test failures, identifying root causes, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. Working under the direction of the Manufacturing Process Engineering Group Manager, this role is critical to maintaining high product quality and production efficiency.
Job Duties:
Perform visual inspection and electrical testing of all electronic failures.
Identify the root cause of failures using electronic output files, multimeter readings, and bridge measurements.
Troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues on electronic failed boards per IPC-610 and company quality standards.
Repair identified issues or instruct inspectors on proper corrective methods.
Record failure reasons accurately in the electronic test database.
Set up electronic machines for re-testing failed boards.
Analyze electronic first-pass and final yields using automated reports and recommend corrective actions.
Generate weekly Excel reports detailing electronic rework and work-in-process status.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete daily cleanup tasks.
Participate in cross-training with related positions as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of direct experience with Agilent/Keysight 3070 electronic test systems.

3+ years of solder inspection and repair experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel.
