    On-call as Needed 15% Overnight Travel The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing and servicing on-site nitrogen generation plants and bulk medical or industrial gas systems in a safe and operationally effective manner, in accordance with all federal, state/provincial and local codes, and Airgas policies. Responsibilities Install, place in operation, maintain, inspect, test, trouble-shoot and repair equipment at customer sites to ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of our products to customer's point of use while prioritizing integrated service activities to maximize time spent working on equipment at customer locations Serve as a key point of contact/coordination between company and customer to meet all requirements safely, efficiently and economically while coordinating activities with outside service providers, customer service engineering, sales and distribution on installations/removals. Perform in the above capacities specifically for Air Liquide America's applicable equipment including oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, helium and carbon dioxide liquid and gas storage systems; customer distribution/regulation systems; applications equipment; telemonitoring equipment; instrumentation; and FLOXAL systems including air compressors: various small on-site nitrogen generation systems and mechanical refrigeration systems. Ability to ensure optimum quantity/quality/cost of service work performed, complete paperwork in a timely, accurate and completed fashion. Ability to provide for appropriate use of company assets, secure necessary documentation of work performed (installations, removals), compile billing information (if applicable) and total related costs of all work performed. All work must be performed in conformance with established safety procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction with the appearance/operation of every installation. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; College or Technical degree highly preferred with skills to install, maintain, and remove customer site installations unassisted. Minimum of four (4) years of diagnostic and repair experience required in some or all of the following: Cryogenics, high pressure piping, brazing, electrical circuits (including 3 phase power), refrigeration (EPA certified in refrigerant recovery), PLCs (programmable logic controllers), and process instrumentation. Ability to be on call 24/7 on a rotating schedule unless scheduled off for vacation, to work in inclement weather and travel with approximately 15% overnight. Currently holds a valid driver's license allowing operation of a vehicle up to 10,000 lb. GVW (with clean driving record). Excellent written/verbal communicator; must deal effectively with internal and external customers. Ability to comply with all applicable governmental and Air Liquide America and Airgas policies, regulations, and procedures; knows/applies all applicable standards for current good manufacturing practice set forth by the CGA, NFPA, CMA and other professional/regulatory bodies.

What You Will Do in This Role Provide cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on a variety of medical devices including medical beds, infusion pumps, patient monitoring equipment, etc. Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and required regulatory compliance. Communicate with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc. What You Will Need for This Role High school diploma or equivalent required. Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license. Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies. Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction. A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as needed to support a 24/7 schedule. A willingness to travel periodically to support business needs. The ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds. The ability to often bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. The Avionics/Electronic Bench Technician II diagnoses malfunctions and repairs Avionic Test Equipment, observes and trains under higher grade workers on diagnosis and repair on less complex repair/maintenance problems, solves repair problems by studying drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical publications; uses automated maintenance data systems to monitor maintenance trends, analyze equipment requirements, maintain equipment records, document maintenance actions, analyzes, diagnosis and repairs Avionic Test Equipment to component level using conventional and digital multi-meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, circuit card testers, transistor testers, and hand tools. Minimum Requirements Minimum of three (3) years' aviation experience in electronics maintenance/repair, or a military equivalent of three (3) years of hands-on experience. High School diploma or GED. Graduate from a two (2) year Electronics Technician resident course at an accredited institute. Must have an International Society of Certified Electronics Technicians (ISCET) certification. Able to read and understand aviation electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, to include component identification and function. Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance for issuance of a Common Access Card (CAC). Must be able to speak, read and understand English. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
