Responsibilities Install, place in operation, maintain, inspect, test, trouble-shoot and repair equipment at customer sites to ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of our products to customer's point of use while prioritizing integrated service activities to maximize time spent working on equipment at customer locations Serve as a key point of contact/coordination between company and customer to meet all requirements safely, efficiently and economically while coordinating activities with outside service providers, customer service engineering, sales and distribution on installations/removals. Perform in the above capacities specifically for Air Liquide America's applicable equipment including oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, helium and carbon dioxide liquid and gas storage systems; customer distribution/regulation systems; applications equipment; telemonitoring equipment; instrumentation; and FLOXAL systems including air compressors: various small on-site nitrogen generation systems and mechanical refrigeration systems. Ability to ensure optimum quantity/quality/cost of service work performed, complete paperwork in a timely, accurate and completed fashion. Ability to provide for appropriate use of company assets, secure necessary documentation of work performed (installations, removals), compile billing information (if applicable) and total related costs of all work performed. All work must be performed in conformance with established safety procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction with the appearance/operation of every installation. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; College or Technical degree highly preferred with skills to install, maintain, and remove customer site installations unassisted. Minimum of four (4) years of diagnostic and repair experience required in some or all of the following: Cryogenics, high pressure piping, brazing, electrical circuits (including 3 phase power), refrigeration (EPA certified in refrigerant recovery), PLCs (programmable logic controllers), and process instrumentation. Ability to be on call 24/7 on a rotating schedule unless scheduled off for vacation, to work in inclement weather and travel with approximately 15% overnight. Currently holds a valid driver's license allowing operation of a vehicle up to 10,000 lb. GVW (with clean driving record). Excellent written/verbal communicator; must deal effectively with internal and external customers. Ability to comply with all applicable governmental and Air Liquide America and Airgas policies, regulations, and procedures; knows/applies all applicable standards for current good manufacturing practice set forth by the CGA, NFPA, CMA and other professional/regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities Will work on instrument/electrical 24VDC, 120VAC-13.8kv. Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and ordering supplies and equipment. Plan the layout and installation of electrical wiring and equipment. Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance. Performs high level maintenance and repairs (requiring de-energizing and entry and NFPA 70E certification) of Motor Control Centers and associated equipment such as switch gear, switch rack and buss inspection, motor protection equipment, and Uninterruptable Power Supplies, etc. Inspects, calibrates, and repairs end devices such as transmitters, switches, fire eyes, hazardous gas detection, level detection, loop tuning, etc. Maintains and repairs instrumentation, such as valve actuators, positioners. Requirements/Responsibilities Minimum of 2 years experience in technical hands-on field experience in security solutions, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades. Inspects, installs, and services all basic and complex commercial and residential access and video systems. Performs advanced, complex troubleshooting and repair functions for commercial and residential access and video systems such as programming; cleaning detectors; testing controls and peripheral devices; mounting, replacing, and testing equipment according to specifications; running cable, etc. Instructs customers in access and video systems operation by recommending ways to use additional features and capabilities of system installations. Respond to customer questions and requests. Recommend corrective services to adjust customer complaints. Diffuses difficult and complex customer issues. Builds and maintains working relations with the sales staff. Defines the scope of add-ons and change orders, seeks customer approval, and writes up paperwork. Performs site visits with sales consultants for existing or potential clients. Takes responsibility for the project from first walk-through to final sign-off and hand-offs to service. Maintains accurate records of all inspections/service calls and troubleshooting as required including documentation and updating paperwork. Other duties as required by management. Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to kneel, crouch and stoop. Ability to reach above and below the shoulders. Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, and pull. Ability to climb a ladder and work above ground. Withstand external weather conditions year-round.
