Specific Responsibilities The Oil and Gas Measurement Technician II is responsible for the accurate measurement and monitoring of oil and natural gas meters, flow rates and pressures. They install, calibrate, and maintain oil and gas measurement equipment, such as meters, gauges, and transmitters. They also troubleshoot and repair measurement equipment as needed. Oil and Gas Measurement Technicians II may work independently or as part of a team, and they often collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate oil and gas measurement and billing. * Perform installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance of oil and gas measurement equipment.

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

Detailed Description:
Perform regular and scheduled maintenance on hydraulic fracturing equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
Perform preventive and general maintenance on medium and low voltage switchgear, breakers, power transformers, AC drives, starters, motors, power cables, and disconnects.
Troubleshoot issues with power control systems and complex equipment related to switchgear, breakers, power transformers, AC drives, starters, motors, power cables, and disconnects.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues with data acquisition, control systems, and network operations.
Demonstrate knowledge of proper grounding, cable meggering, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical, and electronic components as needed.
Properly use various testers (multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes) and hand tools to complete assignments.
Safely execute wiring techniques for DC/AC systems ranging from 12V DC to 13.8 kV single- and three-phase.
Perform emergency repairs on electronics and equipment in the field or yard as required.
Ensure proper and safe cable routing.
Diagnose electrical problems and determine solutions using wiring schematics, repair manuals, and part catalogs.
Inspect, operate, and test equipment and components to identify and correct malfunctions.
Test equipment at the manufacturer's facility to ensure it meets company standards before field deployment.
Document repairs, inspections, and testing for all equipment.
Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all QHSE requirements.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Participate in or lead safety meetings, hazard hunts, and ensure JSAs are followed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Familiarity with instrumentation such as flow meters, transducers, densimeters, and controllers.

Understanding of hydraulic applications as controlled by electronic components and systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/drawings, P&IDs, and other complex diagrams.
Knowledge of networking and radio communications.

Summary:
This position provides instrument and electrical technical support to construction, plant facilities and field operations. The position will repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform predictive and preventative maintenance tasks on control systems, natural gas compression or pump stations, SCADA, and other equipment contained within gas and liquid facilities and pipelines. Additionally, this position will inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain process control systems such as PLCs or DCS and other similar equipment.

* Install, diagnose, and maintain SCADA systems, plant, pipeline, and compressor instrument and electrical equipment components with all job duties and responsibilities executed in a reliable and efficient manner while in compliance with the Partnership's procedures and regulatory requirements.
