The Engineering Technician IV serves as a critical technical resource supporting the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Tennessee. This role provides field-based engineering assistance to NRCS staff across designated Area and Field Offices. Technicians are responsible for conducting engineering surveys, assisting with project implementation, performing construction inspections, and supporting documentation and compliance efforts. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, problem solve and maintain all Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and other drives/controls at the Mount Juliet facility.
