The Avionics Radio Technician performs line and bench maintenance on a variety of aircraft avionics communication/navigation systems and components. May perform flight line maintenance to include inspect, troubleshoot, test, repair and installation. Performs bench level maintenance down to component level to include inspect, troubleshoot, test, align, repair and overhaul. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics or other technical data to determine the feasibility and method to perform the assigned task. Electronic Restoration Services (ERS) is a disaster restoration company specializing in the restoration of both consumer electronics and appliances. The Appliance and Consumer Electronics Technician will perform restoration on many varying electronics and appliances. Along with the restoration process, each tech will be certified to drive the box truck by taking the DOT physical so that they can do the pickup and delivery of electronics and appliances as well. The Hardware Engineering Technician IV will be part of an engineering team developing power management hardware in Nickel-Zinc (NiZn) battery backup systems for multiple industries. They will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical tests on engineering prototypes and preproduction units under the guidance of Engineers and Project managers. The selected candidate will also be supporting the development of electrical architecture and design, integration and debugging of new electrical hardware and firmware, and validation of the design in a structured engineering environment. Technicians should be able to work either sitting or standing, performing complex repetitive tasks over the course of an 8 hour shift. Fine motor skills and good hand dexterity are critical to performing the tasks associated with the positions. Electronic Technician duties: operate complex process equipment, must be able to work in Clean room environments.
