Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

Electronic Technician will support a DoD Program Office supporting various Force Protection Assets and Products.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform senior electronic technician duties, utilizing a broad knowledge of complex electronic equipment principles, techniques, and a thorough knowledge of digital and analog circuitry
Provide for component diagnostics, repair and functional check out
Provide for bench stock management for all bench stock type items needed for component repair. Examples of tasks include but are not limited to: troubleshoot/repair Force Protection equipment to the component level, make condemnation decisions on unserviceable equipment as required, bench test/perform operational assessments of Force Protection equipment before returning to serviceable stock, provide life-cycle logistics advice to CCSD, based on technical knowledge and research, for spares and obsolescence decisions
Requirements

Communications

Driving
Load material or equipment for transport from the shop to the jobsite and secure as appropriate
Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
Operate all company vehicles in accordance with local laws/regulations in a safe and courteous manner
Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and immediately report any problems or damage, or maintenance issues to your manager or the fleet manager
Keep assigned vehicles clean and orderly
Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules

Perform daily Building/Room Audits.

Be punctual in reporting to work in the proper uniform with a name tag. Personal hygiene is required daily.
Help maintain the overall appearance of the hotel's public space and hallways to help maintain a safe and clean environment.
ALICE: Respond to both customer and hotel staff reports of non-functioning equipment immediately
Paint and touch up all areas of the hotel and maintain guest rooms to perfect condition

To be successful in this role, you must have:
A highschool diploma/GED with 3 years' of relevant experience
OR an associate degree with 1 year of relevant experience
Ability to obtain an interim secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

SUMMARY
The Engineering Technician will be in charge of independently producing engineering design plans for public works project and land development, utilizing AutoCAD software. They will be responsible for working with an engineering design team from initial concepts to final plan production. They will also draft various sketches, plans, and exhibits using CAD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical
Carries out tasks assigned by the Project Lead and engineering team.
Drafting grading, drainage, utility, street frontage improvements, and stormwater management plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D grading feature lines and utility pipe networks.
Preparing drawings per company and public agency CAD standards and project-dependent CAD specifications.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
0-2 years of experience in a position requiring intensive AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Experience drafting on-site and off-site improvement drawings for land development projects.
General knowledge of computers, Microsoft office, Adobe, Internet, etc.
Experience with BlueBeam a plus.
