Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all Electrical and Mechanical Slot Machines under the direction of the Slot Technician Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Responsible for the floor repair of all Slot Machines, and proper Preventative Maintenance which includes cleaning machines, player tracking equipment, overhauls, etc. in accordance with Gaming Regulations. Handles the initial set-up and check out of new slot machines. Assists the Slot Technician Manager in the break down, relocation, reset up, and new installs of all slot machines and stands to be relocated. Learn daily routine and demonstrate safe handling and moving of all Slot Machines. Assists Service Specialists in verifying jackpots and paper fills as needed. Assists in ensuring machine integrity when jackpots occur and at other times requested. Knowledge of local jurisdiction Gaming Laws (Federal, State, etc.) and attendant regulations as well as the Company's internal controls, policies and procedures. Maintains a consistent and regular attendance record. Brings disputes and unusual Guest activities to the attention of the Shift Manager. Promotes positive Guest Relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service. Responsible for investigating slot machine disputes.
