Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (mandatory). Basic math facility and comfort with calculator, adding machine, and industrial scales. Ability to move materials up to 65 pounds (push, pull, lift, and carry). Strong problem-solving ability; prioritize effectively under time pressure. Detail-focused multitasker with strong concentration. Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend up to 80% of the shift, with or without accommodations. Clear communicator with a very strong work ethic. Endurance to stand for long periods and repeatedly get on/off a forklift during the shift.
