Customer Service

Store Operations
Responsible for cycle counting and maintaining desirable inventory level in assigned department(s).
Work with management staff to ensure preventative maintenance and repairs are completed in order to maximize and protect all physical assets (i.e. building, fixtures and equipment).
Ensure accurate receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise in assigned department(s).
Responsible for maintenance of back stock levels in assigned department(s).
Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area, especially in assigned department(s).
Assist with overall maintenance of the store.
Ensure that weekly price changes are done in assigned department(s).
Ensure that monthly cycle counts and negative on hand reports are completed in assigned department(s).
Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor including end caps and ad merchandise.
Assist with merchandise resets throughout store, especially in assigned department(s).
Ensure signage is current in assigned department(s).
Operate forklift with proper training.
Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up.
Participate in store meetings.
Communicate any merchandising, cost control or sales ideas to General Manager.

Job Responsibility:

The hours for this position are 7:00AM-3:30PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities:
Read job cards to determine job status, work authorizations/limitations, estimate, description of problems, and/or expected serviceability.
Analyze various manufacturers' schematic diagrams.
Troubleshoot and test electronic components to board level, using various methods and testing equipment.
Repair and/or replace electronic components to board level, including but not limited to: diodes, transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, other printed circuit components, etc.
Verify repairs using various start-up testing procedures.
Operate specialized equipment, including but not limited to: oscilloscopes, megohmmeters, high-voltage insulation testers, AC/DC volt-ohm-milliammeters, clamp-on ammeters, frequency generators, signal generators, capacitance meters, various test panels, soldering equipment, infrared scanning equipment, various kinds of handheld power and nonpower tools, etc.
